SHIPPING POLICY

All items purchased from DeliveryHair.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days from delivery date. If your order is shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so the carrier can investigate the loss (USPS Customer Service: 1-800-275-8777). After a resolution has been reached by USPS, we can begin the lost package claim. It may take 1 to 8 business days to process the Lost Package Claims.
International customers have 14 days to report from shipping date that their tracking details have not updated. International customers must report any lost packages within 20 days from delivery date. Please note that DeliveryHair is not responsible for any international package that is shipped to the Shipping Companies. Customers must claim their lost package through the carrier they chose.
You may purchase Norton Shopping Guarantee with Package Protection during checkout to protect your package from Loss / Stolen / Damaged. Otherwise, your package Loss / Stolen / Damaged, deliveryhair.com will not be a responsible. It is customer's responsibility to file a claim with freight carrier to recover any Loss / Stolen / Damaged.
Shipping Options
You can choose from a variety of domestic US shipping options for your There are Standard Shipping, Express Shipping. And also, Deliveryhair.com order destined for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US Territories.
1. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated by the shipping carriers themselves, not by us. Your shipping charges are calculated by weight, size of package, and the costs associated with getting your packages from point a to b. We do not make a profit off your shipping charges as we pay that directly to the carrier.
2. Order Processing and Deadline
Your order will be processed on the same business day or the next business day depending on time of your order. Business days are Monday - Friday and excludes weekends and holidays. We always try our best to process all orders the same business day because we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their packages as quickly as possible. (Please, note that process does not mean to ship your order.)
3. Shipping Time frames and Confirmation Emails
You will receive shipping updates and tracking information as soon as your order has been processed. Please add your mobile phone number at checkout to receive your updates via text messages. Your shipping information will include a link where you can check the status of your order as well as the date your package will be delivered. To protect your package from theft and unauthorized release all packages must be signed for.
- Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Flat Rate Shipping can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States.
- Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail International can average 6-10 business days and USPS Express Mail International can average 3-5 business days for arrival (pending normal customs clearance).
- Orders shipped with any of the FedEX/UPS Express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), will take the selected number of days for arrival. (For processing times, please see Shipping Policy: 2. Order Processing and Deadline)
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS or FedEx. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery.
Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. It only accepts shipments to a valid street address. Any package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed or charged for an address correction fee.
5. Weekend Delivery
Expedited orders shipped via FedEx or UPS (overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday to Friday only. Orders shipped via USPS (standard) are delivered Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays.
